We focus on how people experience change so individuals and organizations can stay aligned and move forward in ways that reflect their values. Onboarding Design
We design and implement onboarding experiences that align with organizational values, documenting the process for clarity and consistency. We equip leaders with the tools and training needed to onboard employees successfully, including The Communication Guide, new hire survey questions and first 90 days checklists.
Offboarding
We coach leaders through navigating terminations and reductions in force through developing the project plan and drafting values-centric communication. We design 1:1 coaching paths that support exiting employees navigating their next steps, creating a lasting legacy for leaders and organizations.
Restructuring
We guide leaders and teams through leadership changes, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions by aligning people practices, expectations and values. We leverage our culture comparison tool and coaching expertise to ignite productive conversations, evaluate decisions and align on best practices for the future of the organization.
Team Member Training
We customize and facilitate interactive workshop experiences that help employees and leaders understand, navigate and build resilience during periods of organizational change. Inspired by Kathy Kolbe’s “Failure Factors,” we help individuals build their change navigation toolkit so they can find their breath and confidently move forward.
