Built on the belief that Everyone Matters, we help leaders identify moments in which they can create belonging experiences, and create conversations that bring team members together in celebration of their differences.
Belonging Series
We teach leaders and team members interpersonal skills and routines that create trust and a clear sense of belonging between team members. We provide tools that support leaders in nurturing a culture of belonging within their teams. Organizations use us to facilitate interactive belonging workshops to accomplish this work.
Strategy Design
Using your organization’s core values, we define expectations that support a culture of belonging, outline belonging moments and actions necessary for visible change and design a roadmap for continued leadership learning.
Employee Resource Groups
We work alongside leaders to create an ERG strategy aligned to the organization’s needs and values. Using our ERG Success Strategy tool, we engage team members who are ready to take action and coach them through creation and execution of successful ERGs. We support in facilitation of ERG or committee meetings and team training experiences.
