Built on the belief that Everyone Contributes, we dig deeper into the idea that “improving communication” is a business priority, identifying the real need and success criteria for stronger workplace communication.
Strategy
We support the corporate communications function of an organization through building internal communication strategies. We advise on the design and integration of single sources of truth for internal, organization-wide communication tools, including intranets. We draft internal communications in your organization’s voice.
Surveys
We guide the design and rollout of team member engagement and pulse surveys, the analysis of survey data, and most importantly, the planning and execution of leadership actions following team member surveys. We facilitate team member listening sessions, guiding the questions asked and documenting takeaways for action.
Training
We facilitate training on effective interpersonal communication for stronger teamwork. Employing the 3 Parts of the Mind framework and tools such as The Communication Guide, we engage teams in establishing effective practices for giving and receiving feedback, project transparency and clarity, and values-based communication.
